Among other roles, I have managed communications for the U-M Space Institute and the Department of Climate and Space Sciences and Engineering. I publicized a project called “Rongowai” to observe water patterns in New Zealand, and represented U-M at the Smithsonian to celebrate the legacy of the related CYGNSS Mission.
I enjoy centuries-old legends and experiencing novel latitudes and longitudes across the world. I have visited the Arctic Circle three times, peaking at 71.17° North. My writing is inspired by the 45th Parallel, and I’m excited to experience 45° South, the southernmost point of my travels thus far.
