Katie and her team develop and execute human resource strategy, including inclusion and belonging, in support of the strategic direction of the Alumni Association in the areas of talent management, change management, workforce planning, engagement, performance management, training and development, risk management, compensation, retention, and succession. Additionally, the team oversees the strategic planning process for the organization.
