I’ve been to all 50 states.
I’ve been teaching in the Department of Afroamerican and African Studies for the past sixteen years. In 2020, I published a history of mountaineering titled “The World Beneath Their Feet,” which featured a number of Austrian climbers.
Austria is such a beautiful, magical country, with breathtaking vistas, incredible food, and a rich musical heritage. This will be my third visit, and I can’t wait to explore more. And as a huge Mozart fan, I’m particularly excited to see Salzburg.
