The Board of Governors for the U-M Club of Greater Northville is an all-volunteer group of Michigan alumni who plan and organize alumni events and programs in west metro Detroit. Board members come from many backgrounds, but all share one thing in common – a love of the University of Michigan! The Board meets monthly, often over dinner at the Northville Sports Den. We are always looking to bring new ideas and energy to the club! If you are interested in volunteering, or want to reach any of our board members, please contact us at [email protected].
Meet our current Board members!
Chris Vucinaj, BA’13, MAcc’15 President Chris is a proud Double (degree) Wolverine and a CPA currently working in IT Audit. Chris’s favorite U-M memories include attending most home football and basketball games, piling into a car with friends to go to Atlanta to see Michigan in the Final Four, and winning an intramural basketball championship with many of the same friends. | |

She is passionate about Michigan sports and will always love Ann Arbor! |
![]() | Megan Riethmiller, BA’15 Megan grew up in the area and always wanted to be a Wolverine! Her work included the Peace Corps before moving into higher education administration. Megan’s best Michigan memories include hanging out with her pre-law fraternity friends, attending the first night football games, and studying abroad in Spain. Megan loves a great non-fiction book and can be found experimenting in the kitchen. |
![]() | Rick Franczak, BBA’79 Rick has served the Northville Club in a number of leadership positions, including President. For many years, Rick has chaired the club’s largest annual event – a student sendoff welcoming incoming freshmen from west metro Detroit into the U-M community. |

As a student, Roland lived in Oxford co-op housing and enjoyed spending time in the Arboretum. |

Sieve!” and other choice (but less-printable) cheers were shared with visiting teams. Tim is an avid Michigan football fan and loves to scuba dive, ski, and road/mountain bike. |
