Prepare to open your mind and your taste buds while traveling along the southern coast of Ireland from Dublin to Dingle. This journey is also filled with behind-the-scenes glimpses, sights you’ll never forget, and plenty of knowledge.

Highlights

  • Enjoy a Dublin city tour seeing College Green, Dublin Castle, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and Temple Bar then visit the Guinness Storehouse to taste Guinness straight from the source and learn to properly pour this iconic beverage
  • Take a “behind the scenes” tour of Tullamore D.E.W, continue to Birr Castle, stroll the gardens in the Historic Science Center, and head to Kilbeggan, the oldest distillery in Ireland to sample four unique whiskeys
  • Take a foodie tour of Galway and enjoy a delicious lunch at one of the city’s award-winning restaurants, head to the Burren and Cliffs of Moher, then sample local brews at the Franciscan Well Microbrewery in Cork
  • Receive the “gift of gab” by kissing the Blarney Stone, have lunch at Ballymaloe, a famous cooking school, and venture to Midleton to the Jameson Distillery to see the world’s largest pot still and sample three famous whiskeys
  • Visit the English Market in Cork, head north to the Rock of Cashel, set on an outcrop of limestone in the Golden Vale, tour Kilkenny Castle, one of the largest in Irish history, and enjoy a farewell dinner back in Dublin
