A recent poll conducted by Jeffrey Kullgren, M.D., M.P.H., M.S. and Denise Anthony, Ph.D., M.A, of the University of Michigan National Poll on Healthy Aging revealed that a significantly higher number of older adults now use secure websites or apps to access their health information or have virtual healthcare appointments compared to five years ago.
