A new study suggests the need for more efforts to help both members of a couple weigh and choose their options in regard to Medicare coverage. A team from the University of Michigan found a close linkage between couples in both their decision to stay in the same plan, and to change to another Medicare Advantage plan or switch to traditional Medicare run by the federal government.
