Alumni club and affiliate leaders from around the country recently gathered in Ann Arbor for the Community Leader Workshop hosted by the Alumni Association.

During the event, the volunteer leaders shared best practices with one another on event planning, communications, student engagement, and more. The Community Leader Workshop is held every other year.

There are more than 100 clubs and affiliate groups that are operated completely by volunteer alumni. A portion of membership dues to the Alumni Association goes to club and affiliate groups to help support the many events they hold.
