Fun fact

I sing with the University Musical Society (UMS) Choral Union as an alto.

U-M Role

I’m the Director of the International Center (IC) which provides services, programming, and support for international students, scholars and employees and engages with students seeking opportunities to study, work or travel abroad. I teach a graduate level course on International Higher Education in the Marsal Family School of Education.

Trip Experience

In college, I majored in Spanish and minored in Latin American & Caribbean Studies. One of the countries I enjoyed learning about most was Cuba. Words cannot even express how excited I am to visit Cuba and to learn more about Afro-Cuban culture, arts, and history.
