Fun fact

Anywhere where the terrain rivals the sky. I often travel to upstate New York, but hope to one day experience New Zealand.

U-M Role

I interview the world’s leading researchers and principal investigators on NASA Missions about their efforts to study the heliosphere, space weather, and the composition of the aurora in the ionosphere.

Trip Experience

I’ve been an Aurora Chaser for more than 10 years, sighting the Northern Lights in four states. I’m an avid adventurer, a nature enthusiast, and a lover of light. I’m excited to share the awesome sights Iceland has to offer with our alumni, and I’m hopeful we find clear skies and dancing lights!
