On her many trips to the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum, professor of music theory Patricia Hall found several pieces that had been copied by hand and arranged by Polish political prisoners in the Auschwitz I men’s orchestra. Now, following a wide collaborative effort from several School of Music, Theater, and Dance students, faculty, and friends, the works are ready to be presented in concert. Catch the performance in Ann Arbor before the performers take the show on a European tour.
This event is free and open to the public. No tickets are required.
