One hundred years of Gershwin is certainly a call for celebration. The Gershwin Centennial Concert will celebrate the achievements of George and Ira Gershwin from 1925. Many of the composers’ most beloved works are on the program, including selections from the 1925 Broadway musicals Tip-Toes and Tell Me More. As a bonus, a rediscovered song from La, La, Lucille, George Gershwin’s first musical, will be performed for the first time in nearly a century.
This in-person event is open to the public. Tickets are available now at a range of prices.
