A consistent exercise routine is a crucial part of pain management for people living with multiple sclerosis, but a new study from U-M researchers reports that MS patients can experience a different type of pain, hindering their ability to stay active. In this article Libak Abou, Ph.D., a research assistant professor of neurorehabilitation, comments on the importance of individualized pain management plans for MS patients.
