Two in three parents say their child ages 5-12 uses personal audio devices. According to the University of Michigan Health C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital National Poll on Children’s Health, many parents acknowledged that it is normal for their child to use earphones and headphones, and some exclaim 2 hours of usage is customary for their child.
