Scholarship Details
The University of Michigan Alumni Club of Tucson is proud to offer a scholarship to southern Arizona seniors who enroll at the University of Michigan each year. The scholarship is meant to recognize students for their admission and assist students with the costs of out-of-state tuition.
All southern Arizona seniors who have applied to the University of Michigan (even if you are still waiting to hear from admissions) are welcome & encouraged to apply.
Eligibility
In order to be considered for the scholarship, interested students must:
- Must be a graduating senior
- Have applied or been accepted to the University of Michigan for following fall semester (we’ll confirm enrollment prior to disbursement)
ApplicationÂ
The application consists of general information, 2 short essays, and a letter of recommendation. The scholarship is typically posted each year in January, with an April deadline, so that we can notify students before May 1st.
