Damian Zikakis, ‘79, brings more than 20 years of experience in coaching and career-development training to clients. He coaches mid-career individuals and executives at the director level and above.
Damian is a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach and TED Fellows coach. He is certified in the use of Hogan assessments and trained in the CareerLeader assessment.
Prior to launching his coaching practice, Damian led the career office at the Ross School of Business for 8 years.
