Hallie Crawford

Hallie has been a certified career coach, speaker, author, and national career expert since 2002. Her company, Create Your Career Path, is headquartered in Atlanta, GA. She has published numerous books and is regularly featured as a career expert in the media, including CNN, U.S. News, Fox Business News, and The Wall Street Journal.

Hallie has undergraduate and graduate degrees from Vanderbilt University and the University of Illinois.

Rishi Narayan, ’03, MSE’05

Rishi Narayan is an entrepreneur and early-stage investor based out of Ann Arbor, Michigan. Rishi has founded several companies, including Underground Printing, a national custom apparel and collegiate merchandise retailer with locations throughout the country. He is a principal in several angel funds, including Chibor Angels, Rabun Group, and Miniseed. In 2015, Rishi became a co-owner of AFC Ann Arbor, an elite amateur soccer club competing in the United Soccer League, a farm system for Major League Soccer. More recently, Rishi founded Podcasts United, a collective of local podcasts, and Varsity Pickleball, a pickleball club based in Southeast Michigan.

Rishi holds his B.S.E. and M.S.E. in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and is currently a lecturer for his alma mater in the Center for Entrepreneurship.
