New Year’s Resolution: Become a Member
Membership to the Alumni Association of the University of Michigan can help you stay on track for your resolutions — all year and beyond. Whether you are focused on advancing your career, exploring new destinations, or prioritizing your health, being a member connects you to exclusive resources and the Wolverine community to help you achieve your goals.
Here are four member benefits that can help you stick to your resolutions:
Goal: Prioritize Health and Wellness
Kick-start your health and wellness resolutions with the Active&Fit Direct program. Members can access more than 12,500 fitness centers for just $28 a month, including popular locations such as LA Fitness and Crunch Fitness. You can also join its premium network, which gives you access to 6,200-plus extra studios, including Pure Barre.
Goal: Travel More
From the lush landscapes of Alaska to the tulips of Holland and giant tortoises in the Galapagos, Michigan Alumni Travel has a variety of adventures waiting for you in 2025. Whether you explore the World Expo in Osaka or indulge in chocolate in Bruges, you’re sure to turn your resolution into a trip of a lifetime.
Goal: Launch or Advance Your Career
Whether you want to advance in your current career or change careers entirely, the Career Design Fellowship can help you explore your options. This 30-day online program will help you leverage your skills and passions to help you achieve your goals — and members get a $50 discount.
Goal: Spend Less
Saving money on a new car this year? Sounds like a plan. Members can save hundreds of dollars through the Ford-X plan when purchasing or leasing eligible Ford vehicles. Plus, the plan can be combined with the College Student Purchase Program for even greater savings.
When you upgrade to a Gold Membership, you help provide additional support to key programs and services that impact your Michigan community every day. You will also receive first access to participate in alumni focus groups, reader surveys, and other panels. You will have the opportunity to add this at checkout.
