Career Design Program
Kickstart your journey toward a more rewarding career by participating in the Career Design Program, available exclusively for U-M alumni.
The Michigan Alumni Career team has partnered with Mission Collaborative to offer a flexible, peer-based career program for alumni. The Career Design Program is a 30-day online program that helps participants clarify their strengths, explore new career paths, and confidently choose their next steps.
With about five hours of weekly work, alumni engage in self-paced assignments, teamwork sessions, and one-on-one partner calls to gain fresh perspectives and stay accountable. It’s ideal for those seeking more balance, meaning, or growth in their careers, or for those simply feeling stuck or ready for change. Through a supportive alumni network, participants activate connections and crowdsource ideas and resources to propel their progress.
