Music May Bring Health Benefits for Older Adults

Dust off your favorite album. According to recent results from the U-M National Poll on Healthy Aging, 98 percent of people aged 50 to 80 said they benefit in at least one health-related way from engaging with music. From using it to bring joy to keeping their mind sharp, respondents agreed that music was an important part of their daily lives.
