New Year’s resolutions. We all make them, but how many of us actually keep them? According to a poll administered by U-M’s C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital, nearly three in four parents report making resolutions or setting personal goals throughout the year–with a quarter setting them on January 1st–and over half of the parent respondents said that their children ages 11-18 set personal goals for the year. Here are six tips from the Institute for Healthcare Policy on how to make those new resolutions stick.
