The U-M Black Alumni (UMBA) and U-M Latino Alumni (UMLA) affiliate groups hosted a joint event in Detroit for new Wolverines to connect with other incoming students, meet alums, and learn more about life at the U-M with a panel discussion and breakout sessions.

U-M Club of Puerto Rico

More than a dozen incoming students attended the U-M Club of Puerto Rico’s student send-off with current students and alumni also in attendance. The club leaders gave advice to the current and incoming students, who got to share more about themselves, meet the club, and prepare for their journey at U-M.
