Alumni Center COVID-19 Visitor Protocols

The Alumni Association is excited to once again welcome visitors to the Alumni Center for meetings or general visits. To minimize the potential spread of COVID-19, we have developed the following visitor protocols, which are informed by federal and University of Michigan guidelines:

  • All visitors are required to complete the guest ResponsiBLUE survey and receive a green result before entering the building. (A QR code is at each building entrance to access to the survey.) Alumni Association front-desk staff will verify results for visitors to enter the building.
  • Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk to leave your name and contact information to ensure successful follow-up or contact tracing is possible if needed.
  • Masks are required indoors on campus. Extra masks will be provided at the front desk. 
  • Visitors are limited to the first floor and lower (garden) level.
  • Visitors are expected to act in a manner that demonstrates respect and consideration for the health and safety of all persons within the Alumni Center.
