What being part of UMAJA means to me: To me, being part of UMAJA means having another way to connect with Michigan alumni at a deeper level than just being alumni.

What I am doing now: I am an Infection Prevention Consultant for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.

Favorite Michigan memory/place on campus: Enjoying chipatis at Pizza Bob’s after game day.

What being part of UMAJA means to me: To me, being part of UMAJA means having a lifelong connection to a supportive community that celebrates shared values and traditions. It is my way of showing my maize and blue pride while honoring a community that helped shape my time on campus.
