There’s a reason Crisler Center is known as “The House That Cazzie Built.” Men’s basketball played at out Field House before Cazzie Russell, x’66, ’92, generated so much enthusiasm that Crisler was built. He led U-M to three conference crowns before a professional career spanning 12 seasons in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
