Alumni Center Reopening

After being closed for renovation for the last two years, the Alumni Center has reopened. Better known as the home of Welcome Wednesdays, free Blue Books, and of course, Bagely, the Alumni Center is also a great place to study and hang out.

The Alumni Center is located off Ingalls Mall next to the Michigan League and is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Starting on Nov. 28, Student Life Members of the Alumni Association will have exclusive after-hours access to the building.

Lobby: When you enter the Alumni Center, you’ll want to stop by the front desk to check in. This is also where you are able to pick up your two (2) free blue books per semester. As you explore the new space, make sure to visit the Immersion Room for a unique storytelling experience and the Interactive Table to explore, search, and connect with other members of the U-M community.

Founders Room: Located off the lobby, the Founders Room is a great study space for you to connect with your classmates or hang out with friends.

Stephen C. and Faith A. Brown Alumni Member Lounge: The perks of being a member! If you are a member of the Alumni Association (including Student Life Members), you can visit the member lounge to study, relax, and enjoy complimentary snacks and coffee. Join today to get access to the lounge.

Pride Wall: If you want to learn about some notable University of Michigan alumni, you will want to check out our Pride Wall, which is located in the lower (garden) level of the Alumni Center.
