Rosenfeld—along Peter Morville, ’91, MILS’93—has been instrumental in establishing the field of information architecture. He founded Argus Associates, a consulting company, to show how librarianship could help make internet-based content more accessible. Morville was the company’s CEO. They co-authored the best-selling book “Information Architecture for the World Wide Web” and co-founded (with 10 others) the sole professional organization of the field.
