Alice kept house for “The Brady Bunch.” Charmaine was the receptionist on “The Bob Cummings Show.” Davis, who created these two iconic characters, also acted in major regional theaters and played night clubs before appearing in movies, on Broadway, and on TV. She won two Emmys for her role as Charmaine.
