Two years after Michigan’s new firearm safety laws took effect, the University of Michigan has launched a program to help communities put them into practice. The Michigan Firearm Implementation Program (M-FLIP) provides training, resources, and support for groups such as law enforcement and healthcare providers. The effort aims to turn legislation into real-world action around firearm safety.
