As the U.S. prepares to roll out an updated COVID-19 vaccine, new U-M research shows the country would ultimately save more than it spends by vaccinating every person over age 65 with a single dose of the updated mRNA vaccine. In this research spotlight, lead author Lisa Prosser, Ph.D., highlights the economic benefits of broad COVID-19 vaccination for older adults.
