A new study that surveyed fourteen to twenty-four year olds found that this age group also know as Gen Z still want to see their doctors in person. However, they still see telemedicine in a positive light due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The future of telemedicine will be greatly impacted by these preferences, especially in terms of video versus phone visits as well as the types of health care.
