Join the William L. Clements Library as they continue the Clements Bookworm series on Friday, April 18, featuring Clements Curator Cheney Schopieray and the new exhibit “Bloody Work: Lexington and Concord 1775.” The exhibit and the conversation will explore the 250th Anniversary of the military hostilities that began the American Revolutionary War. The Battles of Lexington and Concord are firmly established in American memory as the culmination of a range of governmental, political, economic, and social tensions that amplified in the decade leading up to 1775.

This event is free and open to the public, but registration is required.

The Alumni Association of the University of Michigan is proud to sponsor this episode of the Clements Bookworm.
