Kelli Wingo, ’97, is an entrepreneurial culture evangelist, leadership development strategist, fire-starter, and lover of laughter. She is the founder/chief vision and strategy officer of KMW Catalyst, a boutique leadership development consultancy. KMW Catalyst helps businesses and the humans that run them create innovative environments where employees thrive.

Prior to entering entrepreneurial ventures full-time, she spent a 25-year career in the financial services industry at Merrill Lynch, BlackRock, and Oppenheimer & Co., Inc.
