Panelist Bios
Adel Mozip
Adel is a dependable leader specializing in solving mission-critical software problems for clients at Beaumont Health and beyond. Adel is a vastly skilled software developer with a decade of experience in developing scalable and robust applications using a variety of cross-platform technologies. He is also a community activist and educator who deeply cares about equal access to quality education to all students and currently serves as a Board of Trustee for Dearborn Public Schools. He is also a proud alum of the University of Michigan Dearborn, with an MBA from Wayne State University.
Elias Fanous
Elias currently is the Managing Partner at his law firm, the Law Offices of Elias J. Fanous where he focuses on family law, criminal defense, and tenant/landlord cases. He graduated with a degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan Flint and with his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. During his time in law school, he served as a Washtenaw County Public Defender and received numerous awards during this time including the Distinguished Student Alumni Award.
Bronson Edwards
Bronson is an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and ICF Mentor Coach and brings a wealth of career coaching expertise to this session. Like those joining this session, he graduated during a tough economic time as an engineer in 2009. As such, he knows firsthand the challenges associated, both from personal experience and through his coaching of clients. His passion for developing tools and techniques to help professionals clarify and consistently achieve their objectives led him to establish Uncommon Partners. Uncommon Partners works with individuals and teams to sharpen their presence, develop crisp roadmaps, establish accountability and support structures, and accelerate personal and professional growth through their applied learning. Bronson specializes in guiding teams and leaders in dismantling perceived barriers, optimizing their effectiveness, and achieving their potential.
