Frequently Asked Questions

The Career Design Fellowship is offered twice each year (typically once in the fall and once in the spring). Applications for financial support are accepted anytime with the expectation that awardees will enroll in the next Fellowship offering. Whenever possible, please wait to hear our decision prior to enrolling in the Fellowship.

The Alumni Career Program reviews and selects awardees on a monthly basis. Please look out for an email from [email protected].

Not necessarily. The means to provide this kind of support to unemployed, job-seeking, or alumni with career needs is maintained by philanthropic gifts. Continued support of unemployed or job-seeking alumni is made possible by the generosity of our donors. In addition, unemployment and significant financial need (as determined by household income) are taken into strong consideration. That said, we welcome applications from all alumni who may have career needs.

For use of funding for the Career Design Fellowship, applicants must enroll in the next of the program offerings. Two programs are offered yearly, with the first being in the fall (typically in September or October) and the second in the spring (March or April). Please check the Career Design Fellowship page for the next available offering.
