The University of Michigan has launched a five-year, $2.5 million partnership with global aluminum producer Hydro to advance aluminum recycling and alloy innovation. The collaboration, called the CREATe Partnership, aims to strengthen U.S. supply chains and promote sustainable manufacturing by developing materials that maintain strength across multiple recycling cycles.
