There can be better ways of dealing with cramping caused by cirrhosis of the liver. Michigan Medicine researchers are examining how stretching and meditation can help patients with chronic liver disease sleep better at night. Elliot Tapper, M.D., director of the University of Michigan’s Cirrhosis Program, discusses the different treatments for cramps and research that will be done in the future.
