Americans have gotten used to seeing their doctors and other healthcare providers using telehealth video visits in the past four years. Since the pandemic, the accessibility of telehealth visits has made them an increasingly popular choice for patients. However, a new study shows that patients prefer when their healthcare provider looks like they’re videoing in from their usual in-person clinic or exam room, even when they’re not.
