“Beating Ohio State.”
“Winning the national championship.”
“Storming the field after we beat Ohio State with my dad, the Ohio State fan, watching.”
“Definitely beating Ohio State.”
The thrill of defeating Ohio State was a common sentiment echoed among graduating seniors sharing their favorite University of Michigan memory at the third annual Forever Go Blue Bash on April 16. Rightfully so, as most of the class of 2025 has never experienced a Wolverine football loss to the rival school, the last having been in 2019.
Amid their final week of classes, more than 1,200 Wolverines attended the Alumni Association of the University of Michigan event at the Alumni Center and on Ingalls Mall. The students, who will graduate at Spring Commencement on May 3, received an early graduation gift from the Alumni Association and enjoyed free food, games, caricature and airbrush artists, and more.
Students also had the opportunity to learn more about Alumni Association programs and services, including their complimentary year of membership to the Alumni Association.
The beloved Alumni Association student mascot, Bagely, joined in the festivities to play games, offer high fives, and take pictures with students.
