Chad Brenner and his team at the University of Michigan’s Otolaryngology and Translational Oncology Laboratory have developed MyHPVscore, a groundbreaking blood test that detects HPV-related head and neck cancer by measuring tumor DNA in the bloodstream. The test offers a noninvasive method to diagnose and monitor the disease, with plans to expand its use nationally.
