This new course, “Emotional Intelligence: Cultivating Immensely Human Interactions,” highlights the importance of intra- and interpersonal skills, or “soft skills,” to success and leadership. Experts will explore ways to develop greater social and emotional intelligence to improve personal and professional relationships. This course is available for free for U-M alumni, students, faculty, and staff.
