Tuesday, March 4, 2025 – Luncheon & Presentation on Name, Image & Likeness with Greg Dooley
The Club at Olde Cypress
7165 Treeline Drive, Naples, Florida

Registration is now available for the U-M Alumni Club of SW Florida’s upcoming event on Tuesday March 4th, 2025 at The Club at Olde Cypress. We are most fortunate to have Professor Greg Dooley from the University of Michigan speaking to us, at our luncheon, on the very hot topic of Name, Image & Likeness (NIL) in college sports. Professor Dooley is a college football historian at the University of Michigan, where he teaches three popular courses on athletics history, sports leadership, and NIL (Name, Image & Likeness). He shares fascinating stories of mysteries and scandals from the primordial days of U-M and B1G Football. While we may be experiencing a wild time in college athletics, Dooley suggests “the more things change, the more they stay the same.” He has appeared on documentaries and features on The Big Ten Network, and The New York Times, and he is the co-host of the ‘Professor and The Pundit’ podcast. He’ll also share insights on the current events inside Schembechler Hall on NIL, revenue-sharing and much more. Our club president attended a luncheon given by Greg in Petoskey, Michigan last summer and is confident you’ll enjoy his presentation.

Lunch choices include:
– Lemon Basil Chicken
– Manchego Crusted Yellowtail Snapper
– White Asparagus, Chèvre & Spinach Quiche
Dessert is Crème Brûlée

Cost: General admission is $80 and $70 per person for all AAUM members.

Space is limited, a registration link will be sent directly to club members in an email, or you can register by calling U-M Alumni Association, M-F, 9am -5pm ET, at 800-847-4764.

WE HOPE TO SEE MANY OF YOU AT THIS SPECIAL LUNCHEON. GO BLUE.
