Kati is the third generation of her family to have held lifelong positions at U-M and she is excited to continue to see the university grow and expand through the wide range of possibilities created by an environment focused on academic innovation.

In addition to her current role(s) at the University (Senior Counselor to the Vice Provost for Academic Innovation and Interim Chief Operating Officer of the Duderstadt Center), Kati volunteers at the UM Hospital (Patient Safety Committee, Patient Family Centered Care, and Speaker Bureau), belongs to the Ann Arbor Rotary Club (leading the fundraising effort for the annual Golf and Tennis Outing) and the Chelsea Chapter of BNI (secretary/treasurer).
