Croatia is very near and dear to my heart as both of parents are Croatian. After college, I lived in the capital of Zagreb for five years, and then the seaport town of Rijeka for three years. I have tremendous appreciation for the culture, cuisine, people, nature, and beauty of Croatia. I am fluent in the Croatian language and very comfortable navigating and touring surrounding areas. This itinerary is a wonderful balance to enjoy much of the Croatian landscape and even – Bled, Slovenia (which reminds me of one of my favorite places on earth, Lake Como, Italy). This is a tour that will showcase the history, architecture, and natural beauty of Croatia.
