Fun fact

I’ve worked at the University of Michigan twice (both times in the International Center)! I’m also an alum of the U-M School of Social Work.

U-M Role

I work at the University of Michigan International Center, where I’m on a team that plans a wide range of programming to support international students and scholars at U-M. My team also works with students who are pursuing certain types of education abroad experiences, including the Peace Corps!

Trip Experience

This will be my second time participating in a safari. The first time was in Kenya. I’m an animal lover and it was life-changing to see so many majestic animals in their natural environment. I’ve seen plenty of documentary footage about the great migration in Tanzania and I’m absolutely thrilled for the opportunity to see it myself.
