Kaitlin T. Raimi, associate professor of public policy at the U-M Ford School of Public Policy, discusses ways in which experts can effectively communicate geoengineering technologies and climate change mitigation. Raimi notes that the public may incorrectly believe that Carbon Dioxide Removal strategies are sufficient to address climate change, ultimately leading to decreased support for traditional approaches regarding reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
