Gary Harper, professor at the University of Michigan School of Public Health, researches the impact of oppression and marginalization on young adults as well as their mental and sexual health needs. In this Q&A, Harper breaks down the Supreme Court decision that says that LGBTQ+ individuals are protected from job discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
