If you are a runner, there is a high possibility that you have dealt with the debilitating pain that comes along with shin splints. While it is still unclear how this condition manifests itself, a new study from the University of Michigan shows that shin splints impact more muscles than previously believed. This is leading many to “toe yoga” for relief.
