A C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital National Poll on Children’s Health at Michigan Medicine found that parents’ are most concerned about their kids’ overuse of social media and screen time, internet safety, unhealthy eating, depression and suicide as well as lack of physical activity. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, many children are attending school virtually, less connected with friends and extracurriculars and are spending more time at home, greatly impacting their normal lives.
