Professor Morela Hernandez, faculty director of the U-M Ford School Leadership Initiative, and Christina Lacerenza, assistant professor of organizational behavior at the University of Colorado Boulder, provide several concrete steps managers can take to support an employee experiencing imposter syndrome.
